This allows you to put only the basic information on the actual date but keep up with the rest of the information in the pocket. For example, in the block on the calendar you may write “Jay’s Party 6:00” but the specifics of the party would be on the invitation in the pocket: directions, what to bring, what to wear…. This calendar is a life saver for people with kids. Put the top part of school field trip permission slips, party information, performance details…anything you know you will need to refer back to closer to the date.
